Param Hostel is a professionally managed hostel facility developed for apprentices, students, and working youth who are searching for a safe and comfortable place to stay.

The hostel is operated under Param Group, which works across multiple sectors including Skill Development, Apprenticeship, Construction, Agriculture, Manpower Solutions, and CSR activities.

Our mission is to provide a disciplined, secure, and positive environment where students can focus on career growth, learning, and personal development.

Payment Terms

Hostel Payment Information

Students and apprentices can pay hostel fees through online transfer, UPI or direct office payment.

Monthly rent must be paid between 1st to 5th.
₹50 late fee applicable after due date.
UPI & Bank Transfer accepted.
No refund for mid-month vacating.
Hostel and mess fees are non-transferable.
Keep payment receipt safely.

ID Card Mandatory

Every resident must carry hostel ID card at all times.

Maintain Discipline

Residents must follow hostel discipline and timings.

Restricted Activities

Smoking, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.

Visitor Permission

Visitors allowed only after hostel authority approval.

Cleanliness

Rooms and common areas must be kept clean.

Property Damage

Damage charges will be recovered from residents.
